Engage operates as its own organisation within CatalystOne. Our cross-functional structure includes five core departments, each contributing to customer and business success:
Sales: Building strong relationships with organisations and showing how Engage can boost employee engagement.
Marketing: Driving awareness, demand, and vision through content, events, and digital campaigns.
Customer Success: Partnering closely with customers to deliver results and continuous improvement.
Product Development: Translating insights into new features and improvements that move the product forward.
Technology: Building and scaling a platform that is fast, secure, and easy to use.
Across these teams, we have specialists in everything from customer strategy and product management to engineering, analytics, and brand.
