“My first year at CatalystOne Engage has been very fun, social, and interesting,” says Paulini, one of our Customer Success Managers.

After joining because the company felt like the perfect cultural and professional fit, Paulini quickly found herself entrusted with significant responsibilities — but never without support. “I’ve been trusted with a lot, and my colleagues are incredibly competent and communicative,” she shares.

The Role of a Customer Success Manager

As a CSM at CatalystOne Engage, Paulini is the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through onboarding, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring they get the most out of the product.

“What I love most is helping customers succeed and building relationships with them,” she explains.

Navigating Change During a Rebranding

Joining during a significant company rebranding added an unexpected twist. “It’s been a journey!” Paulini laughs. “There’s been a lot of work to keep our customers informed and onboard, but it’s been received well overall. And I have to say — our new assets and presentations look so much prettier and more professional!”

Despite some technical challenges along the way, the experience has only strengthened Paulini’s connection to the wider CatalystOne HCM team. “I feel more united with the larger team when talking to customers,” she shares.
