Julius joined CatalystOne Engage because he believed in the people behind the product. Inspired by the leadership team’s vision and approach, he saw a company built on trust, collaboration, and genuine care. Values that still guide his work every day. 

When asked what made Julius choose CatalystOne Engage, he doesn’t hesitate.  

“I was genuinely impressed by the leadership team. Their vision and way of leading made me believe in the people first, and through that, in the product,” he says. 

That mindset still defines how he approaches his work, people first, always. 

Where no day looks the same 
As an Adoption Solution Lead, Julius thrives in his role that offers both autonomy and variety.  

“The freedom and trust I’ve been given allow me to make independent, informed decisions,” he explains.  

His days are never the same. One moment he’s collaborating with Customer Success or Product, the next he’s teaming up with Support or Marketing, all with the shared goal of helping customers get the most out of CatalystOne Engage. 

A place where every voice matters  
His first year, he says, was “far beyond what I expected.” From tackling complex problems to learning from experienced colleagues, Julius has grown both professionally and personally.  

“Working alongside ambitious people every day keeps you motivated to do your best,” he adds. 

That drive is nurtured by a culture he describes as transparent and friendly. “Despite our growth, there are no silos. Everyone is approachable, collaborative, and genuinely kind,” he says.  

It’s an environment where openness and curiosity are encouraged, and where every voice is valued. 

“If you want to solve challenging problems with smart, supportive people, this is the place. Every voice matters here,” Julius says when asked why others should consider joining. 

A curious mind with many passions 
Outside of work, Julius likes to spend time with friends and family, explore new technologies, and read good books. And here’s a fun fact! He’s actually competed in table tennis, esports, and powerlifting.  

What always puts you in a good mood?  

“When someone gets genuinely enthusiastic about something, no matter what it is,” he says. 

That mix of curiosity, drive, and genuine warmth is exactly what makes Julius such a valued part of the CatalystOne Engage team, and a perfect example of what “people first” really looks like.
