“Just do it – you won’t regret it!” That’s the advice from Moa Strand, our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, to anyone thinking about joining CatalystOne Engage.

Meet Moa Strand, our Senior Digital Marketing Manager at CatalystOne Engage. After six years in fast-paced marketing agencies, she felt ready for something new.

“I wanted to do something that felt both exciting and meaningful, and also join a culture that felt warm, fun, and supportive,” she explained. “When I met the team at CatalystOne Engage, it felt like I had discovered that golden combination. A year later, I’m happy to say I was right.”

One of the things she enjoys most about her role is the people she works with.

“The contagious enthusiasm that everyone brings to their work is inspiring,” she says. “I also appreciate the freedom to explore new ideas and experiment, combined with a healthy work-life balance.” 

Warm vibes and big changes

Of course, not everything has been easy. Starting during a time of transition meant facing challenges head-on.

“We’ve been through some major changes since becoming part of CatalystOne. It’s been challenging at times, but mostly it’s been a valuable learning experience – and the results have been worth it.” 

When asked about the culture, her answer is simple: “The genuine warmth and the shared enthusiasm. That’s what makes every day here so enjoyable.

”For anyone considering joining, her advice couldn’t be clearer: “Just do it – you won’t regret it!” 

Life outside of work

Outside of work, life is just as full of passion and energy. “I’m passionate about yoga, climbing, and taking mini road trips in our van. We have a cat and a dog, and we love bringing them along for adventures,” she shares.

Music is also close to her heart: “I sing in a country cover band, and we try to get together as often as possible. On top of that, I go to a lot of concerts and play a lot of games – both with friends and on my own.” 

And what always puts her in a good mood? “A really good song.”
