- Translate insights into clear bets with measurable success criteria
- Own the user research and metrics programme end‑to‑end (governance, tooling, cadences, sampling, and reporting) so evidence consistently informs decisions, roadmap, and RFP support.
- Establish scalable, lightweight discovery (interviews, surveys, task‑time/flow metrics) and a design KPI framework reviewed in product leadership.
- Increase system coverage and reuse; set acceptance criteria and guardrails to improve release readiness and reduce rework.
- Define a pragmatic WCAG posture and checks appropriate for enterprise B2B contexts.
- Communicate the “why” and business impact of design decisions; partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing on product narratives.
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading product design in B2B SaaS, shipping complex enterprise products at scale.

- Strong communicator and cross‑functional influencer; credible with executives and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing modernising legacy areas with net‑new initiatives.
