Design at CatalystOne sits at the heart of product development. We work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and developers to turn vision into reality — all the way from discovery to launch. 🚀

User Research & Discovery

We talk to users, run interviews and usability tests, and analyze feedback to uncover real needs and pain points.

Design & Iteration

We sketch, wireframe, prototype, and polish — creating everything from rough flows to high-fidelity visuals that align with real-world use.

Workshops & Co-Creation

We facilitate ideation sessions and alignment workshops that bring teams together and build shared understanding.

Design System Contribution

We contribute to and evolve our design system — ensuring consistency, scalability, and speed across teams.

Measurement & Feedback

Once a design ships, we track performance, gather feedback, and refine based on real usage.

And just as importantly, we invest in each other — with design critiques, knowledge sharing, and regular check-ins that help us learn and grow as a team.
