We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the technical direction of our exciting new Position Management module.

CatalystOne is a leading HCM vendor, committed to helping our customers build better workplaces. To achieve this, our new Position Management solution enables organisations to structure their workforce based on positions rather than individuals, empowering them to better plan, manage, and optimise their workforce.

We have a dedicated, agile, and highly capable team working to create this critical product from the ground up. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Tech Lead to help the team excel. 

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll:

• Shape and build our Position Management capabilities: think microservices, vacancy dashboards, lifecycle tracking, and workforce simulations.
• Help architect scalable, secure solutions using Java/Spring Boot and React.
• Write code alongside your team.
• Be the technical mentor: foster technical excellence, share knowledge, promote clean code.
• Refine development practices: CI/CD, tests, automation—keep the process smooth and efficient.

• Someone who’s happiest writing elegant code.
• Experienced in building and deploying microservices to production.
• Keen to guide technical directions and architectures without the weight of formal management.
• Experienced with Java/Spring Boot (React is a nice-to-have).
• Pragmatic and quality-focused: testing, CI/CD, maintainability matter to you.
