As an HCM Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their digital transformation journey, combining your technical understanding with a strong focus on people and collaboration.
You enjoy bringing people together, exploring effective solutions, and creating a structured approach that still leaves room for agility and creativity. You work methodically and thoughtfully to translate business needs into digital solutions, and you’re skilled at explaining technical requirements in clear, everyday language.
You’re energised by helping others grow, facilitating workshops, and building confidence so customers can continue developing their digital capabilities. You build strong relationships and create excellent customer experiences, helping lay the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
In this role, you’ll have a chance to make a real difference for customers by leading or supporting complex implementation projects of our HCM (Human Capital Management) platform. Our aim is to onboard customers in a way that delivers value quickly and sets them up for ongoing success, in close partnership with us.
What You’ll Do as an HCM Solutions Consultant
- Partner with Customers: Be curious, listen actively, and collaborate to identify the best solutions for each customer’s goals and needs.
- Act as a Trusted Consultant: Communicate clearly and confidently as a solution and system expert during configurations and data migration. Run engaging customer meetings and facilitate training sessions.
- Share Valuable Insights: Contribute trends, best practices, and inspiration that help customers move forward.
- Think Holistically: Understand how data, processes, reports, and integrations connect across the system landscape.
- Focus on Customer Value: Help customers achieve results quickly and gain ongoing value from the platform.
- Manage Projects with Care: Keep projects on track, on budget, and well-documented, using our project tools for clarity and alignment.
- Continuously Improve: Collaborate with our Centre of Excellence and Product Management to evolve our implementation methods and materials.
- Contribute to Product Development: Ensure customer feedback and product needs reach our Product Management teams.
- Promote Knowledge Sharing: Actively share learnings, trends, and insights with colleagues and customers alike.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience implementing business-critical systems (such as HCM, ERP, Payroll, or Time & Attendance).
- Background working as a consultant or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to translate between technical and business contexts — you’re comfortable “speaking HR” as well as “speaking IT.”
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Contributes to an inclusive, motivating work environment.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (Norwegian is essential for working with our customers).
