We are looking for you - an experienced and strategic Bid Manager to join us in Stockholm or Oslo, who wants to lead and refine the bid process at CatalystOne. This role is both strategic and operational, allowing you to shape how we respond to complex proposals while directly influencing our growth as a company. Your work will be instrumental in positioning CatalystOne as the preferred HR system partner in Europe.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Scandinavian Sales teams and collaborate with departments across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional, customer-centric environment, where strategic thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building are essential to success.
What You Will Be Doing
As Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the bid process.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and project managing bid processes, whether responding to structured RFPs or crafting proactive proposals where no formal tender exists.
- Owning the full bid lifecycle - from opportunity assessment to submission - ensuring proposals are compelling, precise, customized to meet our customers' needs and expectations, and delivered on time.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Security, Operations, and Consultants to gather the necessary input for each bid.
- Ensuring scalability and process improvements by refining standardized bid documentation and proposal workflows.
- Utilizing automation tools like Responsive (RFP automation platform) and Office 365 to streamline and enhance bid development.
- Managing critical timelines and key milestones, proactively addressing potential delays and ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
What We Look For
We are looking for a structured, quality-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys working collaboratively. You should have:
- Experience in bid management (minimum 2 years), ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting.
- The business acumen to be able to understand customer needs, tailor proposals effectively, and contribute to overall sales success.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive processes forward.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English is a hard requirement.
- The ability to work across multiple markets and adapt to local differences.
