Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join us in our Oslo office. Our Customer Success Team spans the Scandinavian countries and works daily to secure excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers, advocating customer needs internally, and working collaboratively with HR and IT at our customers. What you will do:
- Proactively manage your portfolio of customers; our customers consist of exciting companies in the range of 300-5000 employees within all industries.
- Lead the customer's strategic stakeholders within HR, IT, and other relevant areas to achieve a desired business outcome
- Together with your customers, build and execute success plans, as well as making forecasts and predictions for each customer.
- Assess and report churn risk for all customers
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling – software, recurring services packages, and stand-alone services.
- Involve and engage internal experts to meet customer needs
- Steer and guide the internal teams that are supporting the customer
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement to increase customer satisfaction and willingness for customers to participate in activities, and increase chances of the customer acting as an ambassador for CatalystOne
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience owning a portfolio of customers
- Experience working as KAM, Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, ideally within a SaaS company
- Commercial experience and business acumen
- Results orientated
- Comfortable and used to working to set KPIs and targets
- Negotiation skills
- Great communication and collaboration skills internally and externally
- Fluent in a Scandinavian language, as well as English
