We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join us in our Stockholm office. Are you passionate about solving intriguing technical support cases that demand knowledge about an exciting product, understanding customer needs, and occasionally require you to think creatively and innovatively to come up with a solution? What you'll do as Technical Support Engineer
- Taking ownership of technical customer issues reported through our ticketing system and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Provide technical support to customers using API integrations and assist customers with API setup and best practices.
- Handling technical deliveries to customers, such as building logic in document templates, data migrations, implementing SSO and customized delta reports.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
- Guide, advise and challenge our customers and work with their solutions in a way that optimizes the value of CatalystOne in their system landscape.
- Work in the team, together with Technical consultants and Integration developers to bring out the best technical solution for our customer through all phases of the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in scripting language such as Javascript, Python, C#, Powershell, etc.
- Experience of configuring APIs based on architecture frameworks and guidelines.
- Experience of troubleshooting performance and functional issues.
- Fluent in a Scandinavian language, as well as English.
- A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
