What we do 🚀
The Sales team manages the full customer acquisition journey, from first contact to signed agreement, before handing the baton to our Customer Success team for implementation and beyond.
Day-to-day, we’re busy with:
- Meeting decision-makers in medium and large organisations across the Nordics
- Responding to RFPs and formal procurement processes
- Leading structured sales cycles with complex stakeholders
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Consulting, Product Development, and Technology
- Partnering with external channels and advisors where needed

Roles in our team 👤
- Sales Executive: Prospect and lead end-to-end sales processes within targeted industries, driving engagement in close collaboration with our Account-Based Marketing team.
- Solution Consultant: Product and solution experts who shape proposals and demos tailored to customer needs, supporting both new business and expansion opportunities.
- Bid Manager: Lead the charge during formal RFPs, coordinating internal contributions and helping Sales Executives deliver strong, complete responses under pressure.
- Sales Operations Manager: Keep the engine running by managing sales tools, analytics, training programs, and territory strategies to support a high-performance culture.
- Country Sales Manager: Lead local market strategies in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, guiding teams, setting direction, and driving results in each region.
